The editors of Muscle & Fitness Hers have published a new edition of 101 Muscle-Shaping Workouts & Strategies for Women. You may recognize the blonde cutie on the cover as she graced Muscle & Fitness HERS magazine earlier this year. Justine Munro is rock’n a hard body on the cover as you can see from the cover. The book is a collection of some of the best workouts and exercises for building lean muscle and building fat.

In a release provided to us by Triumph Books describes the book as, “A comprehensive guide for strong, powerful and fitness-minded women, 101 Muscle-shaping Workouts & Strategies for women is the perfect kick-start to a happy and healthy new year.” The book is loaded with exercises and full color photos. It is a book geared more towards the beginner than a woman who currently makes the gym their second home. The diet, workouts and exercises are well put together and informative. If someone in your family or a friend is in need of some help it makes for a solid blue print.

The only complaint is some of the photos are pretty dated. Those of you who follow the industry and familiar with many of the IFBB pro competitors will notice it. The casual fan or those who don’t follow the industry won’t know any different so don’t let that detract from checking it out.
