PRESS RELEASE VIA FMG

With the recent IFBB Bikini International taking place at the Arnold Sports Festival, one of the top competitors was missing from the stage, Dianna Dahlgren. Many people were asking when we might see Dianna on an IFBB Professional League stage again? Sadly the answer is Never. Dianna Dahlgren is hanging up her competition bikini to move on to other venture’s in her life including her multi-year stint as Ms. Supercross, mainstream modeling and who knows what else is in store for her.

Dahlgren took the fitness world by storm and has been on the cover of every major fitness magazine and been featured in numerous multi-page spreads inside of them. She also won 3 IFBB Professional League Bikini competitions and placed as high as third in the 2011 IFBB Bikini Olympia! Dianna goes out on top having won her last contest, the 2012 IFBB Houston Pro Bikini. She has pretty much done it all and leaves with few regrets.

“I want to thank my trainer Damian Segovia of Team AFD for believing in me and helping me reach the pinnacle of my competitive career,” Dahlgren stated. “It is no secret that I suffer from an eating disorder and Damian was able to work with me to help me achieve my goals in a safe and healthy way, I am forever grateful D!! I want to also thank NPC and IFBB Professional League President Jim Manion for all he has done for me and provided me a sport to compete in. There are so many others that have been supportive and I could go on forever thanking each and every one of them. Last I want to thank Fitness Management Group for guiding me through my fitness competition and fitness modeling career.”

Although Dianna Dahlgren won’t be on the competitive stage any longer that doesn’t mean she is abandoning the sport. Expect to see her around various fitness expo’s when she gets the opportunity. And keep an eye on your television and possibly movie screen’s to see how her career progresses! We at FMG want to Thank Dianna for the pleasure of working with her and want to wish her continued success!
