The largest fitness event on the West Coast, the LA Fit EXPO kicks things off this weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event is headlined by online powerhouse Bodybuilding.com and presented by Subway Restaurants and Body Fortress. The event will take place on February 7-8 and feature a monster sized expo with a number of companies providing free samples, insight and more. Last year’s event saw nearly 50,000 people attend and this year should be bigger than ever.
“We are committed to bringing Los Angeles another top fitness event with the eminent fitness leaders in the country, plus exciting programming and exhibits,†said Erin Ferries, Executive Director of National Fitness Productions. “After last years’ record breaking attendance of 49,000, we have added an additional 90,000 square feet to accommodate the ever-expanding exhibit floor and to make more room for new competitions and performance areas.â€
