This is the final week of prep for those competing in the 2015 Arnold. If you’ve ever competed you’ve likely been asked some things that make you shake your head. If you’ve never competed you may not know better. So here’s a quick list of 15 things you should NOT ask a competitor, especially in their final week of prep.

2. Are you really going to eat that?
3. Why are you so skinny?
4. Why are you going to the gym again?
5. How do you feel?
6. Why are you so grumpy?
7. Why do you look so tired?
8. Can you get me an autograph from Arnold?
9. Can I try a bite of that?
10. How much more weight to you have to cut?
11. Will you flex for me?
12. What do you eat to look like that?
13. Have you lost weight?
14. How much cardio do you do?
15. Is bread bad?
