Reigning Figure Olympia Champion, Latorya Watts won her first Arnold Figure International title on Friday night. There was no question about it in the eyes of the judges as she took home an unanimous victory. Coming in second was Camala Rodriguez and rounding out the top three was Genn Strobo.
