I had a chance to catch up with one of the coolest IFBB pros you’ll ever meet… ALTI! Alti will be returning to the stage after an absence and this time it won’t be fitness but figure. I asked Alti what it’s like returning to the stage and she shared, “I forgot how much I missed this shit. Da diet, da cardio, SIMPLY TREACHEROUS… but I wouldn’t do it any other way!”
