Kylie Minogue’s New Music Video – Sexercize

Kylie Minogue is back with a hardbody and a workout err new music video. We’re not quite sure how comfortable it would be to wear these outfits working out but hey that’s not really the point. The video lives up to the song’s namesake but is it sexy or raunchy?

sexercize

Take a look and you decide.

Kylie Minogue – Sexercize Lyrics
Flexin’, we’re uptight
Keep on moving too nice
Move it for me tonight
Let me see you sexercize
It’s not just your body
Gotta keep it up with me
My mind is seven sea
Let me see you sexercize
I wanna see you beat all your best times
And if you’re lucky I’mma teach you
Let’s just turn you blind

Let me see you sexercize
Come on, baby (bounce, bounce)
Sexercize
Feel the burn
Sexercize
Let me see you take it down, take it down
Let me see you take it up
Let me see you bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce

Let me see you sexercize
Come on, baby (bounce, bounce)
Sexercize
Feel the burn
Sexercize
Let me see you take it down, take it down
Let me see you take it up
Let me see you bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce
Let me see you…

Strech it up baby
You take your time though
I’m burning, push in me
Let me see you sexercize
I’ll make you wait for more
Make you beat to the core
Tomorrow you’ll be sore
Let me see you sexercize

I wanna see you beat all your best times
And if you’re lucky I’mma teach you
Let’s just turn you blind

Let me see you sexercize
Come on, baby (bounce, bounce)
Sexercize
Feel the burn
Sexercize
Let me see you take it down, take it down
Let me see you take it up
Let me see you bounce bounce, bounce, bounce

Let me see you sexercize
Come on, baby (bounce, bounce)
Sexercize
Feel the burn
Sexercize
Let me see you take it down, take it down
Let me see you take it up
Let me see you bounce bounce, bounce, bounce
Let me see you…

Get it, get it, Sexercize
Put your hands in the sky if you feel alright
Get it, get it, Sexercize
Don’t move it, don’t quit
If you wanna sit tight
Get it, get it, Sexercize
Sexercize, Sexercize
Get it, get it, Sexercize
Sexercize, Sexercize

Let me see you sexercize
Come on, baby (bounce, bounce)
Sexercize
Feel the burn
Sexercize
Let me see you take it down, take it down
Let me see you take it up
Let me see you bounce bounce, bounce, bounce

Bethany Cisternino’s Hardbody Gym Jams

Bethany Cisternino shares what’s currently on her iPod when she’s blasting her guns in the gym. She has quite the mix ranging from Swedish House Mafia to Miranda Lambert. Check out her Hardbody Gym Jams!

bethany-hbj

I like all kinds of music, but truth is I could listen to country ALL DAY!  Love it!  The great thing about an iPod is being able to make playlists.  Some days I put on old school music if I’m tired of the new stuff and when I’m doing cardio I replay my routine music over and over and do my routine in my head and think about the muscles I use to do the moves.  Sometimes I forget other people are there and use my arms lol!

Ok guys here’s my Top 10 Hardbody Gym Jams:

Steering away from the likes of Lady Gaga and techno or house, although they are in my repertoire for cardio, my top 10 playlist is heavily hip hop focused. I derived my 10 all time go-to’s based around my absolute favorite thing… THE LOVE OF THE IRON… SERIOUS LIFTING!

Pro Skateboarder Cindy Whitehead’s Hardbody Gym Jams

Our resident style’n guru Cindy Whitehead aka The SportsStylist® shares some of her top gym jams with us. Cindy was a professional skateboard in the mid 70s to early 80s and taught the boys a thing of two along the way. She was sponsored by a number of top companies and wasn’t afraid to throw on her headphones and rip it up. Check out what the always awesome Cinster has on her current playlist and her insight on music then and now.

Cindy Music Insight:

Music has always been a motivator for me when skateboarding, snowboarding or working out in the gym.

When I started skateboarding in 1/2 pipes and pools I wore old school headphones (hey, don’t laugh! It was way before ipods!) I used to be known for waiting at the entrance to pipe or pool and once I found a song on the radio I liked I’d cut the boys off to do my run – even if it wasn’t technically my turn.  When it came time to compete I was lucky that they used to allow you to skate to your own music for your runs and that made a huge difference to me, as the more aggressive the music, the more I felt that I kicked ass and did my best.

Same with snowboarding and working out – music motivates me in every way. The beat, the lyrics the tempo. I change my playlists up constantly depending on my mood but there is always a mix of old school rock, pop and semi-alternative music going on. I get to hear a lot of different music on shoots and that’s where I always seem to pick up some new ideas to keep the play list fresh and motivating.

Rock on and kick ass – no matter where you choose to work out or what you listen to.

Cindy’s Top Hardbody Gym Jams:

Hot Tottie

Kick your weekend off with Usher Featuring Jay-Z “Hot Tottie”.

Smells Like Rockin’ Robin

A little something different with this mashup. It’s and odd combo of Nirvana and The Jackson Five but I dig it.

Hardbody Music: Not Strong Enough

Check out Apocalyptica’s “Not Strong Enough”. This is a song off their new album which overall is pretty sweet. Shinedown fans might recognize the vocals in this song…

Cee Lo Green – F*CK YOU

This isn’t a song you will want to play in the office but it’s a catchy little number. It will get stuck in your head but you might want to avoid humming it in the office. Download Cee Lo Green’s “F*CK YOU”.

Pearl Jam – Black

“Black” is from Pearl Jam’s album TEN. Good stuff.

Say You’ll Haunt Me

“Say You’ll Haunt Me” is the first single off Stone Sour‘s new album, available September 7. 2010.

Let it Roll

Divide the Day’s “Let it Roll” gets things rock’n this Sunday.

Enjoy your Saturday Hardbodies. Roll Deep’s “Green Light” will help get it pump’n.

Fist Pump Friday – We No Speak Americano

“We No Speak Americano” by Yolanda Be Cool & Dcup is a bizarre song that is oddly good. Let it got a bit and it will get your fists pumping this Friday.

Got a new song that has your fists pumping? Tweet it to @hardbodynews and @ohyeahnutr.

Hardbody Music: New Talent – Lissie

This is one newcomer worth checking out. Lissie released her first album this week and she has a kick ass voice. Check out her cover of Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance”. This is Hardbody! You’ll be hearing more from Lissie in the months ahead.

She’s on tour this Fall in the United States and I have a feeling you can see her now before she starts selling out huge venues.

Check out the live version of “When I’m Alone”. AWESOME
