Christina Lindley: Chasing the Devil and Head Case Appearances

It is always a pleasure when I speak with Christina Lindley, as she always has interesting stories to tell. Christina has been doing very well since I last saw her at the 2007 Olympia Weekend. She was there working the Kemistry Booth.Christina is currently on the cover of Fitness Rx for Women magazine. The magazine hits newsstands this week. This special Holiday issue also features her in a 15 page layout!

Christina has also been doing quite well on a few television shows. In September, she starred in a miniseries called “Chasing the Devil”, which was about the Green River Killer. The story is from the book of the same title, by Sheriff David Reichert. It encompasses his 20 year quest to capture the killer. Christina plays Lynn Mosey, the station manager and news reporter in this 4- part mini-series. It is slated to air on the Lifetime Network in March 2008.

This past weekend, Christina also shot for a new television series called “Head Case”. Head Case, shown on the Starz Network, is a series of 20, five minute interstitials. Alexandra Wentworth who in 1995, played Jerry’s girlfriend Sheila (“Schmoopie”) in the famous “Soup Nazi” episode of Seinfeld, plays a psychiatrist in the series. Christina, who starts in the 11th episode plays Diana, a model that doesn’t know how to eat. The psychiatrist takes Diana to the local Fatburger and tries to show her how to eat various foods. Alexandra’s character tries to explain to Diana (Lindley’s character) that eating is good, in comedic fashion.

In case you didn’t know, Christina is quite the comedian herself. Christina has been studying at the Groundlings School, which is a comedy improv school. Many of the people who studied and performed at Groundlings became cast members on Saturday Night Live and other shows. Christina has done a number of shows as the “Wild n Out” girl on MTV as well as others.

Christina has had roles in “The Marine” with the John Cena and Robert Patrick as well as in a few other television shows and movies.
