This weekend marks the final National level show in the NPC. The NPC National Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships take place in Dallas, Texas. Thirty four women will be jumping and flipping their way across stage in hopes of earning an IFBB Pro card. Last year’s overall fitness winner was Amy Villa-Nelson. Others who gained IFBB Pro status from this show were Nicole Duncan, Michelle Theison, Angie English, Liza Hughes and Mandy Polk. The winner of this show typically gets an invite to the Arnold Classic. Who will it be this year?
