1. Eat plenty of protein and drink plenty of water EVERYDAY to stay hydrated and to continue flushing toxins from your system.

3. Train with intensity and determination. If you’ve hit a plateau with your training, then it might be time to give yourself a new workout routine.

4. If you’ve been lifting separate body parts for awhile, switch to an interval workout for a few months and give your body a shock!

5. Don’t forget your cardio activity to keep a strong, healthy heart. Thirty to 45 mins five times weekly will burn calories, relieve stress and help keep a clear mind.

6. Sleep enough so you can recover properly — seven to eight hours at least three times per week!

7. Stay focused on your dreams and goals — YOU are the only one that can make them happen!

8. Don’t depend on a training partner to keep you in the gym or on your workout regime. It’s up to you to stay dedicated and on track.
