When I wasn’t busy shooting the show I took some time to catch up with a couple people in the expo hall for a few videos. Shannon Dey put on a great guest performance and was in the house for Souther Muscle Plus. Her video is located at the end of my review. I caught up with IFBB Pro Fitness competitor Amy Vila-Nelson in one video where she tells me about her move to Charleston, her dislike for cockroaches and what show she’ll be competing in next. Amy suffered and injury the middle of last year that she tells me has healed and plans to compete this year. Check out the video to hear more. I also chatted with the three new pros after our photo shoots and they shared a bit more about themselves. Lenay Hernandez is a doll and you can’t help but smile with her outgoing personality and hear what kind of wacky foods she likes to eat. Jess Lyons and Ashlynn Evans let you know more on their background and what’s next for them.
