I caught up with American Gladiator (Stealth) / IFBB Fitness Pro Tanji Johnson while she was working the Gaspari Nutrition booth at last weekend’s LA Fit Expo. Tanji is just a few short weeks away from taking the stage at the Fitness International in Columbus, Ohio. Like most fitness competitors, she wasn’t giving up what her routine would be.
