I received this Holiday photo from top IFBB Fitness Pro, Jen Hendershott and her husband Brian.  Jen shared,  “We hope that everyone is doing something good in the world this holiday season. Christmas is about reaching out and helping those in need. We are delivering 17 gifts and hugs to the nursing homes in our area tomorrow. So many people don’t have family and friends so we are filling in to make this holiday special for those who need it. May God Bless everyone!”
