FLEXonline.com has new video footage of Oksana Grishina training at Gold’s Gym. Oksana will take on the top contenders this Friday at the Fitness International. Her English has greatly improved and so has her physique. I’ve been a huge fan of her routines since she burst onto the pro scene. She will once again wow the crowd with her performance Friday night.
