I recently noticed a common theme with a number of women in the IFBB… Many do sprint workouts. A number of IFBB Pros also ran track at some level before they were pros. It got my wheels turning…What if we conducted a race of 100 meters… Who would win it? There are a number of women who can haul ass but which would be the fastest? It could be an interesting showdown.

But sprinting was my life in high school & I was undefeated 100 state champion from my freshman year until I graduated. I’d love to run against some of the best to see if I still have ‘it’ after all these years. But I have to vote Erin. She looks like she can haul a**, especially with her jumping ability! Issac I say let’s put a race together the day after the O (Sunday) in one of the conference rooms at the Orleans. 40 Yard dash. You must of competed at the O to compete in the race. Maybe we can get some donations together for a winner takes all! I will throw $100 in the pot
