IFBB Pro League Fitness Scoring Change


The IFBB Pro League has issued another note regarding the IFBB Pro League Fitness division Beginning with the 2010 Fort Lauderdale Cup, Fitness will now be scored 1/3 on the phyisque (two piece swimsuit) round and 2/3 of the score will be the 2-minute Fitness Routine. The 2-minute fitness routine scores will be doubled.

This is in addition to the October 18th, 2010 Advisory Notice on the Fitness Routine – Mandatory Movements:
1. Pushup (of any kind)
2. High Kicks
3. Straddle Hold
4. Side Split
