Ask Arnold is a unique training seminar that offers spectators the opportunity to hear Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Weekend’s champions discuss training, fitness, diet and other topics in a three-hour forum at Veterans Memorial on Sunday, March 6.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the founder and namesake of the Arnold Sports Festival, spends an hour at the seminar discussing bodybuilding, training, diet and other topics. He also fields questions for fans and fitness enthusiasts who gather for the unique opportunity to spend an hour with the most iconic figure in the history of bodybuilding.
Also on stage during the Ask Arnold Training Seminar are the winners of the Weekend’s Arnold Classic, Ms. international, Fitness International, Figure International, Bikini International and the Arnold Strongman Classic.
