Diet Coke was introduced back in 1982 and the look has remained relatively unchanged until now. This Fall a new can will hit store shelves and it’s designed to have a modern look to a classic product. Don’t worry the taste will go unchanged, whether that’s good or bad we’ll leave up to you. Personally, I’m a fan of Diet Coke and when asked, “Is Diet Pepsi ok?” at a restaurant I say um, no.
According to ADWEEK.com the can is part of a partnership with the fashion web site StyleCaster.com. A new trendy look for Fall. Seeing how the products stack up in the image below is pretty cool.
I’m a fan of any company who pays attention to their product and packaging design. So many companies fail miserably at it. I think Diet Coke is WINNING with the redesign. What do you think?
