  1. Hi. Thanks for this information. As a female over forty, I unfortunately now know how hard it is to get rid of excess fat as we get older. Having said that, I know it can be done. It helps when you follow a proven plan and the person has shown it works by doing it for herself. I truly admire these women for being so dedicated and disciplined…not only with their physique, but their health as well.
