The 2013 NPC Midwest Natural was held in conjunction with the IFBB St. Louis Pro. This show is in its second year and continues to grow. The competition was fierce and the overall winners in all the division could hold their own on a national stage. Congratulations to all the competitors who came out for this event and took the stage.
